As a reminder, The SABA AGM will be held virtually via Zoom at 5:30PM on Thursday, July 28, 2022 (the “Meeting”) for the following purposes:
- to receive and consider the annual financial statements of SABA Toronto;
- to elect up to six (7) directors for a two-year term and up to one (1) director for a one-year term;
- to transact such further or other business as may properly come before the Meeting (or any adjournment thereof).
Members of record as of the close of business on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 will be entitled to vote at the Meeting.
All members, especially members unable to join via Zoom for the Meeting, are requested to vote in advance by dating and
signing this form of proxy and returning it to the proxyholder (by PDF or otherwise).
