The Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General is currently examining alternative models for the delivery of civil enforcement services. In particular, the Ontario Government is considering whether there should be a move from public enforcement officers delivering civil enforcement services to a model whereby civil enforcement services are delivered by delegated administrative authorities or local service providers.
